Job Description
  • Collect, maintain, and update bidding tools and data library to accurately forecast and prepare budgets.
  • Develop and revise clinical trials budgets for industry sponsored clinical studies as per protocol and study timelines.
  • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact and participate in capture and bid defense budget-related presentations and meetings.
  • Review request for proposal (RFP) and protocol information to ensure we have adequate information for budget preparation.
  • Organize and lead meetings to facilitate budget review by leadership.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Finalize documents for distribution to the client, perform quality control to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and conformity with project requirements and discussions with client.
  • Contribute to technical proposals and writing Q&As.
  • Show proficiency in managing multiple projects and clients with competing priorities.
Job Requirements
  • Master’s degree: life science degree or MBA would be an advantage.
  • 2-4 years of similar work experience.
  • Solid knowledge of the CRO industry.
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and thrive when presented with a challenge.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently and within a team environment to accomplish goals.
  • Outstanding follow-up, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve high-quality results.
