Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, personable, and results-driven Sales Representative/Manager, to join our dynamic team. At Tech Savvy Sales & Marketing Group LLC, we are partnered with several leading telecom and home security companies, and we sell and market their services directly and non-directly to preferred customers. The ideal candidate will have direct sales experience and be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients, identifying their needs, and providing effective solutions to drive sales growth. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and account management skills to effectively engage with customers and promote our products and services. This position is commission based providing you with the chance to earn in accordance with your performance and sales achievements.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new clients through outside sales efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings.
- Provide leadership in sales initiatives, leasing team members as needed.
