Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of electronic devices and computer systems.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on various electronic devices including mobile devices, computers, and laptops
- Perform repairs on devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers
- Troubleshoot operating system issues on Windows and Mac OS platforms
- Provide technical support to customers both in-person and remotely
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to aid in repairs
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose and repair equipment on-site
- Analyze computer hardware components for faults and failures
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting on Windows and Mac OS systems
- Experience with mobile devices, iOS, and computer hardware repairs
- Strong technical support skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Familiarity with analyzing schematics for electronic devices
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
