- youll play a critical role in expanding our reach, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the Central North America region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading software solutions provider! This position is based in our Detroit office, but we are open to remote workers from neighboring areas.

What Youll Do : Drive Sales Success
Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities through cold outreach, inbound leads, and networking.
Develop a strong sales pipeline and actively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Meet and exceed sales quotas by developing strategies to grow revenue and market share.
Engage with Clients & Build Strong Relationships
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within industrial application sectors.
Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand their needs, business challenges, and how Tech Soft 3Ds solutions can add value.
Provide consultative sales support, ensuring that customers see the full potential and benefits of our products.
Manage the Sales Funnel & CRM Effectively
Utilize CRM software to track and qualify leads, ensuring accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
Analyze customer data to identify usage patterns and uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Develop detailed sales reports, including weekly updates, monthly status reports, and quarterly sales projections.
Promote & Present Our Cutting-Edge Solutions
Confidently present and demonstrate Tech Soft 3Ds Industrial Applications products to clients.
Address technical objections by articulating the products architecture, advantages, and business impact.
Prepare customized proposals and close deals through strong negotiation skills.
Stay Ahead of Market & Industry Trends
Research and monitor industry developments to proactively address customer needs and position Tech Soft 3D as a trusted partner.
Gather insights on competitors, pricing, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
Travel & Network for Business Growth
Attend and represent Tech Soft 3D at industry trade shows, conferences, and user group meetings.
Organize and participate in webinars and in-person events to showcase our products to potential and existing customers.
Travel 30-35% of the time to meet clients, assess their needs, and strengthen partnerships.
What Were Looking For :
Sales Expertise 5 years of experience in technical software sales or related fields, preferably in manufacturing or software development.
Relationship Builder Skilled at identifying key decision-makers and fostering long-term partnerships.
Results-Driven Passionate about exceeding sales goals and uncovering new business
opportunities.
Tech-Savvy Communicator Confident in presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and addressing technical objections.
Self-Motivated & Organized Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Travel Enthusiast Willingness to travel 30-35% of the time.
Bonus Points If You Have :
An MBA or a technical background in software applications
Understanding of software development processes and business management
Experience working for an international company
