Work closely with product managers to assess build, buy, or partner decisions aligned with strategic goals.
Establish pricing strategies, package offerings, and bundling options for our SaaS solutions, aiming to optimize revenue while maintaining competitive market positioning.
Craft business cases to guide investment decisions and employ predictive ROI models for estimating future market share, growth, and earnings.
Formulate and implement market entry strategies for launching new SaaS offerings, ensuring cohesive efforts and alignment across functions during the product introduction phase.
Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of product market introduction initiatives, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
Keep detailed and organized documentation of product processes, including standard definitions, workflows, templates, and best practices.
Solicit and integrate feedback to enhance product operational procedures, leading initiatives for continuous improvement.
Act as the main liaison for product management tools and systems, coordinating with vendors, internal parties, and administrators to enhance the utility and efficiency of these resources.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated expertise in product commercialization, operations, management, consulting, software development, or a similar capacity within the SaaS sector.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry is advantageous.
