General Description
- Perform surface preparations for items to be painted.
- Mix and apply paint per Job/Project specifications and requirements.
- Able to operate blast equipment and Wheelabrator or willingness to learn.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints or willingness to learn.
- Able to operate airless pump/sprayer.
- Able to operate conventional paint pots.
Work Experience Requirements
- Must display Safe work habits.
- This is an advanced level position and requires this individual to have knowledge of and the ability to implement SSPC specifications and requirements.
- Must be proficient at all hand prep processes.
- Must be proficient at the application of paint and the touch up of paint.
- Must have basic understanding of QMS.
- Must have basic understanding of order fulfillment.
- Start cross training to help in other departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
