GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing TSi events and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination from initial concept to post-event follow-up. This role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational
skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Event Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources and Marketing Teams to align events with company objectives, employee engagement initiatives, and branding strategies. Additionally, this role will support various human resource and marketing functions as needed, contributing to overall team effectiveness.
As a key representative during events, the Event Coordinator will serve as the on-site point of contact, ensuring smooth operations, addressing real-time challenges, and fostering a positive experience for attendees. Travel will be required as
directed by senior leadership.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of all TSi events, including but not limited to conventions, trade events, Quarterly Board meetings, F.O.C.U.S.™ on Culture Camps, TSi Family Reunions, and Tour De F.O.C.U.S.™ meetings.
- Work closely with the Chief People Officer to ensure all event elements are executed as planned.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand and fulfill event requirements.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective planning.
- Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, contracts, catering, attendee communication, registration, travel arrangements, and itinerary planning.
- Conduct pre-event, during-event, and post-event walkthroughs to meet event standards per senior leadership expectations.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit post-event reports, including budget breakdowns, attendance records, and employee feedback.
- Support additional tasks as required by the Chief People Officer, Marketing Director, and Senior Leadership.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
- High school diploma required.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination and management.
- Experience with budget creation and management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & COMPETENCY
- Excellent computer skills, including, but not limited to, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft based products (such as MS Word, Excel, MS Office Suite, and Outlook) and the Internet.
- Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
- Some graphic design capabilities (preferred).
- Excellent customer service skills, including sense of urgency in attending to customer needs.
- Effective vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, staff, customers, and prospective clients.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel as directed by senior leadership to serve as the on-site point of contact during events.
- Successful completion of a drug and background screening.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Remote home office setting, except when traveling for events.
- Travel required for on-site event coordination.
- Intermittent physical activity, including walking, standing, sitting, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
