Description:
The Supply and Services Division General Clerk III job responsibilities are as follows:
· Assist in a variety of administrative matters
· Able to talk professionally and communicate effectively on the phone
· Able to accurate and effective notes
· Maintaining a wide variety of personnel records (stored both manually and electronically)
· Maintain calendar and set up meetings
· Ability to maintain a professional manner of tact and diplomacy in a casual but professional work environment
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
· Compiles and disseminates information
· Uses a thorough knowledge of an office’s work and routine to choose among a widely varying methods and procedures to process complex transactions
· Independently select or devise steps necessary to complete assignments
· Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
· At least 12 months experience
· 2 year college degree strongly preferred
· General clerical skills with the ability to type 50 WPM
· Ability to obtain a favorable NACI security clearance
· Ability to maintain a professional manner of tact and diplomacy in a casual but professional work environment
· Accurate and methodical in approach to managing tasks
· Must be able to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
