Position Summary
The Supply Supervisor is responsible for organizing and monitoring supply operations, must have at least five years of supervisory experience, and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures.
Essential Functions
- The Supply Supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates LRC Installation Supply Division operations for the project’s Central Issue Facility (CIF), Installation Property Book (IPBO), Supply Support Activity (SSA), Subsidence Supply Management Office (SSMO), and Ammunition Supply Point (ASP).
- Apply analytical techniques and causative research skills to identify areas of needed emphasis to recommend improvements in-inventory discrepancies; maintenance of stock record accounts; lost, stolen or damaged property; and requisitioning procurement.
- Provides direction, counseling, and mentorship for Installation Supply Division project employees.
- Ensures Installation Supply Division requirements are met IAW PWS task for all performance areas and that requirements do not exceed the project statement of work.
- Monitors all performance metrics and ensures ·compliance.
- Oversees activities directly related to providing quality services, customer support, and contract/regulatory guidance.
- Maintains and develops positive business relationships with customers, key stake holders involved in or directly relevant to the project's activities.
- Facilitates problem resolution; develops workable solutions to address any potential issues or concerns.
- Ensures a safe and respectful work environment.
- Manages employee's attendance, daily time input, vacation, and sick leave.
- Ensures employee compliance with Tech Systems Inc. policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with the Unions Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
- Ensures compliance with Safety, OSHA, and Environmental requirements.
- Confirm certification, licensing, and training of all employees.
- Ensure cross-leveling of employees to provide flexibility and coverage over all Installation Supply Division project performance areas.
Minimum Requirements
- The Supply Supervisor must have a comprehensive knowledge of the Army Supply Systems outlined in AR 710-2, DA Pamphlet 710-2-1
- The Supply Supervisor must possess operational knowledge of the automated supply systems utilized.
- The Supply Supervisor must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
- Supply Supervisor must have a Secret Clearance.

Education and Citizenship Requirements
- Desirable: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Required: US nationality/citizenship and residence, with verbal and written fluency in English.

Pay: $59,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
