Qualifications :
Extensive experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including familiarity with pipelines, boards, version control, and repositories.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with experience in guiding teams to follow Agile principles in a DevOps environment.
Proficiency in creating and managing CI / CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate the software delivery process.
Experience with Agile project management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar platforms.
Proven ability to standardize processes, integrate best practices, and optimize workflows using Azure DevOps tools.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and integration of Azure DevOps with other tools and services in the Azure ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications :
Azure DevOps Certifications or equivalent experience with related DevOps tools.
Experience in Agile coaching with certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist.
Knowledge of cloud-native technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes and their integration with Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with performance monitoring and reporting tools in Azure DevOps for tracking development cycles and team performance.
Responsibilities :
Azure DevOps Expertise : Led and mentored development teams on effectively using Azure DevOps (ADO), including tools for version control, boards, pipelines, and repositories to manage and optimize the software development lifecycle.
Process Optimization : Work closely with development teams to standardize and streamline processes within Azure DevOps, ensuring consistent and efficient workflows across all projects.
Cross-Team Collaboration : Act as a bridge between teams, helping them align on Azure DevOps best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve overall development efficiency and product delivery.
CI / CD Pipeline Management : Guide teams in creating and managing automated CI / CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, ensuring streamlined build, test, and deployment processes to accelerate software delivery.
Agile Coaching : While the primary focus is on Azure DevOps, provide guidance and support on Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban) as needed, ensuring teams are adopting Agile practices to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
Metrics and Reporting : Help teams utilize Azure DevOps metrics and dashboards to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and measure performance, enabling teams to make data-driven decisions.
Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and tools, recommending and implementing improvements to ensure smoother development cycles and faster time-to-market.
Stakeholder Communication : Work with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper planning and execution of development cycles in Azure DevOps, aligning team goals with business objectives.
