Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our property, which includes. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, ensures high cleanliness standards, and contributes to the overall satisfaction of residents, guests, or clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning and Maintenance
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing in assigned areas, including residential units, common areas, and amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and laundry rooms.
- Ensure restrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces are cleaned and restocked with supplies.
- Remove trash and recycling promptly and ensure proper disposal.
Laundry Services
- Wash, dry, fold, and store linens, towels, or other fabrics as needed.
- Handle residents' or guests' laundry services as applicable, ensuring proper care of fabrics and adherence to special instructions.
Equipment and Supplies
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, following the property's standards and guidelines.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment or hazardous conditions to the supervisor promptly.
Inspection and Reporting
- Perform routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to the Property Manager or Maintenance Team.
Customer Service
- Interact courteously and professionally with residents, guests, and colleagues.
- Respond promptly to resident or guest cleaning requests, ensuring satisfaction.
QualificationsExperience
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
- Time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of safety practices and cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
