Caller - Operations Partner

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual for the role of Bilingual Caller and Potential Operations Manager. This position is ideal for someone who excels in communication, is a go-getter, and has a passion for sales and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Bilingual Communication: Conduct outbound calls to business owners in both Spanish and English to discuss potential business sales opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Reach out to approximately 100 businesses daily, aiming to speak with at least 7 business owners each day.
• Data Management: Efficiently gather and record all pertinent information in our CRM system.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between business owners and the business buyer.
• Relationship Building: Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with business owners.
• Operations Management: With experience, transition into managing operations for acquired businesses such as car washes and laundromats.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience: Previous experience in local business operations, particularly with businesses like car washes or laundromats.
• Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently with zeal and initiative.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and engaging telephone manner.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems and office software.
• Mobility: Must have reliable transportation for occasional meetings with business owners.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid work setup: Includes office work, remote work, and on-site visits to businesses.

Schedule:

• Part-time, 20 hours per week initially, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
