Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for leadership learning events and training platforms.
- Oversee the deployment of leadership development training strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person training, including facility management, event space reservations, and vendor partnerships for catering and supplies.
- Manage participant lists, schedule training events (both virtual and in-person), and process training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and Degreed platform.
- Develop and distribute training event communications to participants and stakeholders.
- Organize and procure instructional materials, supplies, and translations for regional training programs.
- Analyze training data to identify trends, lessons learned, and opportunities for process improvement in leadership development programs.
- Lead and execute Global Leader Training actions, including strategy implementation, logistics, and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Establish and manage a facilities process for rooms, buildings, and assets used for leadership development programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in project coordination, training operations, or leadership development programs.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Degreed, and training event scheduling.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and leadership development professionals.
- Experience in facilities management, event coordination, and vendor negotiation is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to review training data and implement improvements.
