Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
