The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications
CRM Project Manager
Data processing background helpful but not necessary (Siebel).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 10 / 10. Energetic, process driven, proactive. Outgoing people person. Pleasant to be around. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities :
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
This role is going to require the individual to work closely with GM Brands.
This person will be responsible for attending regular occurring meetings.
Working with closely with GM IT to manage process of lead capture and fulfillment.
Will be going into resource site set by GM IT.
Reporting, data evaluation.
The team meets with GM IT three types a week to discuss lead process and improvements.
Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
Supports one or more highly complex business processes
Works on multiple projects as a project team member
Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred, not required.
5-7 years' experience required.
Skills :
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
