Job position : Digital Transformation Manager
Location : Annadale, VA (Onsite)
Contract : 6months with a possible renewable

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead our company's digital transformation initiatives. This is a critical hands-on role responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve business processes in various parts of the organization using appropriate technology solutions. The transformation efforts should enhance our operations, products / services, and customer experience. Primarily the focus would be on implementing tools like a new Intranet, Mobile application platform etc. Demonstrated experience leading Digital Transformations is key for success in this role. Prior experience in education and / or large-scale government transformation activities would be considered.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of the FCPS digital transformation roadmap and strategy. Assess current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement through new technologies.
- Research emerging technologies and digital trends that could benefit the company. Make recommendations on new tools, software, infrastructure etc. that align with business goals.
- Manage and lead Digital transformation initiatives like an Intranet implementation, community engagement plans, mobile app etc.
- Partner with department heads across the organization to understand pain points and requirements. Identify use cases for digital solutions and work cross-functionally to drive adoption.
- Develop business case justifications and cost / benefit analysis for proposed technology investments and digital transformation programs.
- Plan and manage digital transformation projects end-to-end. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors / partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress of digital transformation initiatives. Monitor results, issues, risks and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Evangelize the digital vision and strategy across the company. Educate and update staff on new technologies and processes to gain buy-in.
- Stay up-to-date on technological advancements, industry trends, and innovative practices to inform future digital strategy.
