Location : DC Metro (2days onsite and 3 days remote)

Job Description :
The ideal candidate will have experience in Freshservice, BMC Remedy, or a similar
service management product implementation, configuration, and a strong understanding of IT
Service Management (ITSM) processes.
The successful candidate will help lead the implementation of Freshservice, including
configuration, testing, and deployment; provide technical expertise and guidance to clients in
the areas of ITSM best practices, workflows, and configurations; collaborate with internal
teams to identify and resolve technical and business challenges; continuously improve
implementation methodologies and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
