Primary Responsibilities
- Assess and recommend automation tooling for testing Quadient Inspire and OpenText InfoArchive.
- Develop API automation tests to validate document storage, retrieval, and metadata integrity.
- Implement document validation techniques, including PDF content verification, OCR processing, and structured data comparison.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for test automation, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Design, update, and execute test cases and test plans based on user story acceptance criteria, documenting results using test case management tools.
- Develop and implement test data management strategies for document-heavy workflows.
- Provide technical guidance on automation strategies, compliance testing, and regulatory best practices.
- Document and present tooling recommendations and automation approaches to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in test automation, including framework design and implementation.
- Experience with Quadient Inspire, including Designer, Automation, Interactive, and Content Manager.
- Experience with OpenText InfoArchive for content storage, retrieval, and validation.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- API Testing Expertise, including experience with Playwright API, Postman, REST Assured, or Newman.
- Document Validation Expertise, with experience using PDF comparison tools such as PDFBox, PyMuPDF, or Tesseract OCR.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Experience integrating automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Agile/SAFe experience, with a background in Scrum or SAFe Agile environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with test data management best practices.
- Experience in performance testing for document-heavy workflows.
