Job Title : Technical Project Coordinator - Expert
Duration : 6 Months | Very strong likelihood of potential conversion to FTE
Location : 3 days on-site minimum, 2 days at home | New Jersey, USA | We will supply equipment
W2 only
Daily Responsibilities :
- Respond to user inquiries, follow up on gaps and issues
- Coordinate user acceptance training
- Develop procedure manuals
- Liaise with people around the world
- Organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program.
- Serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program. Translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.
- Planning and monitoring program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved.
- Managing all aspects of an organizational program to ensure all projects within the program are implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline.
- Developing board and management decks
- Overseeing the Global Cyber Hygiene Assurance Program
- User Support - Answering questions from application custodians and IT Risk Leads related to Minimum Metrics and CHAP.
- Developing procedure manuals and training on information security risk metrics, polices, risk migration and elimination procedures for staff
- Collecting user feedback on new systems and working with IT team for implementation
- User Acceptance Testing of new systems
- Identification of information related to various entities and facilitating reporting
- Facilitating Risk Assessments and Compliance Assessments
