Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager Intern to assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful execution of educational and community-based technology programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are natural leaders, love to stay organized, and want real-world project management experience in the nonprofit, education, or tech space. Interns will be responsible for working closely with instructors, program staff, and leadership to ensure our programs are operating efficiently and aligned with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and task lists for multiple tech education programs
- Coordinate logistics for upcoming sessions at schools, libraries, youth centers, and senior facilities
- Communicate with instructors and interns to ensure everyone is informed and prepared
- Help track attendance, gather feedback, and support quality control of program delivery
- Manage digital tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or spreadsheets to monitor progress
- Report to and work directly from Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation’s facility
- Participate in 30–40 hours of onboarding and training
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Some experience in project coordination, team leadership, or event planning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable using productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, project management platforms)
- Great communicator and team player with a solution-oriented mindset
- Must be reliable and able to work independently when needed
