- Designated as Lead Electrical Engineer, mentor other electrical staff.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and work in a team environment.
- Conduct field investigations when needed, produce field reports with detailed sketches.
- Perform duties with multiple projects within the established schedules and budgets.
- Work on a wide variety of project types, scales and complexity.
- Work on concurrent projects.
- Assist in developing feasibility studies.
- Meet, communicate, and coordinate with Clients to develop scopes, prepare proposals, and oversee the installation of the work, and manage internal and external project budgets.
- Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
- Possess aptitude to act as a positive representative of the company and its core values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.
- (5) or more years relevant work experience in the industrial sector (10 is preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) Registration preferred, but not required
- Working knowledge of NEC, IEC, ISA & IEEE design complying with industry standards is a plus.
- AutoCAD and/or Revit skills preferred, but not mandatory.
- Specification writing skills required.
- Management experience of electrical an engineering group is preferred.
- Arc-flash study experience a plus.
- Ability to visit and safely traverse construction and project sites and complying with all applicable safety codes and requirements.
