- Deploying and monitoring backup, EDR/XDR, DNS filtering, and other security tools
- Working with vendors (ISPs, software support, etc.) to resolve client issues
- Documenting all work clearly in the PSA and knowledge base
- Occasionally going on-site to client locations (mostly local)
- Helping shape internal processes, tools, and standards as we grow
Requirements
- 2 years of experience at an MSP or MSSP â must-have
- Strong understanding of modern Windows environments (10/11, Server 2016 )
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin tasks and Azure AD concepts
- Able to troubleshoot networking issues: DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewalls, VLANs
- Experience using remote monitoring & management tools (Syncro, CW, etc.)
- Working knowledge of backup, antivirus, and security tools
- Comfort with scripting (PowerShell) and documentation
- Excellent communication skills â written and verbal
- Self-starter with a team-first mentality
- Certifications like CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are highly preferred
- Degree not required â we care more about what you can do
What We Offer
- Unlimited PTO â because weâre adults and we trust each other
- Performance-based bonuses â do great work, get rewarded
- Work-life flexibility â no micromanagement, just accountability
- Profit sharing (coming soon) â be part of something that gives back
- Direct mentorship and growth path â not a corporate ladder-climber role
Culture Fit is Key
Weâre not a corporate hellhole. We donât want jerks, drama, or know-it-alls. We do want sharp, humble people who love solving problems, growing their skillset, and genuinely helping others. If youâve worked in an MSP before and said, âMan, I wish we actually did this right,â youâll feel at home here.
