This is a pivotal position for our customer, who is focused on supporting the program and its growth.

Responsibilities

• Test new PM TR radio systems to include Gen2 Manpack radios and Leader radio systems for inoperability with legacy SINCGARs and SATCOM radio system(e.g. RT-1523 and Harris 117G)
• Perform testing with both taclink for SINCGARS and Satellite Simulator tool (SATSIM).
• Develop test plans.
• Support External organization testing
• Test taclink for SINCGARS and Satellite Simulator tool (SATSIM).
• Help internal and external test groups setup and test new product and new capabilities for integration into SINCGARS and SATCOM.
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be skilled in the following areas :

• Experienced with;

Software Defined Radios (SDR)

• System of System network integration
• application testing
• government field tests like Network integration Event (NIE) and System of System Risk Reduction event (SoSRR)
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SINCGARS, SATCOM, Fires Testing and Mission Command applications (like FOS, AFATDS and JBCP).
• Demonstrated experience with Python, C , Visual Basic and Java.
• Work independently and treat all team members with respect.

Clearance :

• Current DoD top secret clearance.

Desired experience :

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• MNVR (Mid-Tier Networking Vehicular Radio) LAB Support

Education & Experience :

• Master's degree in a STEM field.
• 10-15 years of applicable experience.

Location :

• Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.
• Onsite. Any hybrid or remote positions must be cleared by the customer.
• Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Schedule flexing is available with the PM's approval.

Travel : Only upon need.
