About the Role :
As a Customer Service Representative at our Phoenix, Arizona location, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the commercial kitchen equipment repair industry. The primary role will be answering phone calls and emails to support the area customers to include creating new service orders up to researching and answering service call related questions, but the individual will need to multi-task at times and perform multiple administrative functions.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
