Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Hybris Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly SAP Hybris) and be responsible for leading functional design, requirement gathering, and solution implementation for e-commerce projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of SAP Hybris solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP Commerce Cloud solutions.
- Design and document functional specifications, process flows, and integration needs.
- Configure and customize SAP Hybris modules (PCM, WCMS, Order Management, Promotions, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers to ensure business needs are translated into technical solutions.
- Provide support for testing, including unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall e-commerce strategy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP Hybris implementations.
