Shipping Clerk

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping/goods out Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods out of our warehouse. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick and inspect products from packing slips.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packing products securely and labeling them correctly.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using netsuite.
• Assist with stock organization, ensuring that items are stored in their designated locations.
• Coordinate order fulfillment processes for e-commerce transactions.
• Conduct regular stock counts of packaging to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of shipments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including order fulfillment preferred.
• Proficiency in using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Experience with UPS, Fedex and USPS preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
