Job Description : Process M&P / Change management : Identify & Define Business Department goals & opportunity for improvement & efficiencies : Identify the company's current and long-term process road map.
- Prior experience in Telcom / Construction / design, prior training or education experience preferred
- Process Analysis experience required : Experience writing standard operating procedures, PowerPoint, Microsoft suite experience & Fluency required
- Create documents that explain how the department processes flow in collaboration with the Lead PM team & Operations groups
- Create a plan : Make a structured plan for the process.
- Assign tasks : Assign tasks to people who will be involved in the process.
- Test the process : Test the process after creation with core SME's
- Helps develop & implements with the training group
- Integrate the process : Integrate the process into the company's operations.
- Make changes : Make any changes to the process that are needed.
- Document and define all version / changes in change log within the process document
- Ensure everyone understands the processes and can follow easily.
