Job Description
- 3-5 years of Data Visualization experience using CRM Analytics (Aka TableauCRM, Einstein Analytics etc.).
- Ability to quickly learn and gain deep understanding of SFDC business processes.
- Experience in Marketing Analytics (Lead management, Pipe metrics, Events / Campaigns etc.) a huge plus.
- Expert in CRM Analytics or Tableau business and development standards and best practices related to reports, lenses, dashboards and all related objects.
- Expert in the visual representation of complex information for driving business impact.
- Subject Matter Expert and Evangelist on enterprise data, visualization, data analysis, data modeling, SQL constructs and workload management.
- Experience with one or more database management tools like Oracle, BigQuery, Snowflake etc.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a highly dynamic environment with a result-oriented mindset.
- Detail oriented with proven analytical, problem identification and resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a semi-structured and fast-paced environment, and have a high degree of self-management with clear communication and commitment to delivery timelines.
