Cityworks Administrator
This position assists in administering the organization's work order and asset management system (Cityworks). Responsibilities include analyzing end-user business requirements, defining project scope and needs, developing work plans, and leading major project components related to Cityworks. Additional duties include providing advanced application support, training, and maintaining standards and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with stakeholders and Cityworks end users to identify needs, communicate technology changes, and fulfill system-related requests.
- Responds to and prioritizes customer inquiries related to the work order and asset management system.
- Provides support for Cityworks Desktop and Mobile applications.
- Consults with end users to enhance existing business processes and design new processes that can be implemented using Cityworks.
- Develops and runs reports, manages account permissions, configures the system, troubleshoots issues, and coordinates with vendors.
- Creates dashboards and metrics for work order activity and other relevant data.
- Conducts quality assurance activities, including test plan development, execution, testing, and tracking issues / solutions.
- Oversees system operations, including upgrades, server maintenance, and ensuring compliance with organizational information security guidelines.
- Designs and conducts end-user training sessions, creating user guides, and presenting technical information in a clear manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
