Tier III Network Engineer - TS / SCI CI Poly
Job Description :
The Tier II Network Technician will provide technical support for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer network systems. This role requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and security principles.
Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
- Implement network changes and upgrades
- Coordinate with Tier III engineers on complex projects and incidents
- Ensure network documentation and asset management records are accurate
- Adhere to security protocols and compliance requirements
- Provide support for COMSEC duties as needed
