This role is responsible for supporting the pre-onboarding process for new medical staff residents joining in 2025. The Onboarding Specialist I will assist the Onboarding Specialist II with issuing lab orders and managing essential paperwork for the residents. Key responsibilities include sending links to new medical staff residents for completing required tasks as part of their pre-onboarding process. The Onboarding Specialist I will track the completion of these tasks, upload documentation into the HRIS system, and ensure that updates are made daily as results are received.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the pre-onboarding paperwork process for new medical staff residents for 2025.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding Specialist II to issue lab orders.
- Distribute links for completion of required pre-onboarding tasks to medical staff residents.
- Track and monitor the completion of tasks, ensuring timely updates and documentation uploads into the HRIS system.
- Ensure all necessary updates are made promptly as results are returned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and listening skills, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service.
- Comfortable with technology and capable of navigating various systems.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
