Technical Analyst/Product Owner | 21004
Contract: 1 Year
100% remote role, 9am – 5pm EST

Responsibilities:
- Lead the business/technical analyst role for the Automation Team for the End to End Quality Modernization Project - Power Apps.
- Includes SDLC and other IT standards and requirements compliance.
- Lead design specification creations in SDLC templates and Azure DevOps, with the suppliers developing in Microsoft platform solutions, other custom solutions, and off the shelf platforms.
- Providing other Business Analyst/Product Owner support at the direction of the project manager.
Top 3 skill sets:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Agile project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Microsoft Platform and AI systems implementation experience
- ITIL and SDLC
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (ex. two weeks sprints, story points, story refinement and estimation, retrospectives).
- Experience leading and managing agile projects as a technical analyst or product owner
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Business analyst, product owner, ITIL, and other technical certification preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (ex. IT).
