We are seeking a Service Desk IT Technician to join our team! You will receive and resolve IT-related issues for clients. This position involves up to 75% travel time, with a company vehicle provided. Applicants must have a dedicated space to work from home and be able to travel throughout the Lehigh Valley area as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving service desk tickets
- Communicating with clients (via phone, email, chat, and corporate SMS)
- Maintaining service levels on assigned tickets
- Strong focus on Microsoft 365 with Autopilot and Intune
- Creating and updating company standard operating procedures for common tasks
- Exceeding client service expectations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Career-oriented self-starter
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Basic knowledge of computer and server hardware is helpful
- ITIL Certification helpful but not required
- Certifications such as A , Net , Security , etc. helpful but not required
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Understanding of basic principles of IT networking
- Experience with Microsoft 365 with Autopilot and Intune helpful but not required
- Technical with knowledge of Microsoft products including: Microsoft Windows both desktop and server, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft 365, and basic Microsoft Active Directory knowledge (add and remove users and basic knowledge of Group Policy Object (GPO))
