Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Technical Writer to support documentation and communications for system applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and editing abilities, with experience creating content that adheres to AP Style and effectively represents brand voice across various platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Edit and review system-related documentation and communications.

• Ensure clarity, consistency, and quality in all written materials.

• Collaborate with teams to maintain and improve technical documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting and editing.

• Excellent command of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and AP Style.

• Strong portfolio showcasing effective writing across various mediums and platforms.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to proofread thoroughly.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Highly Desired:

• Experience writing for or supporting government entities.
