Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee Line Leads & Material Handlers: Lead, Manage, and hold your team accountable for set objectives and goals.
- Inventory Management: Lot control; Drive proper inventory management utilizing best practices within ERP
- Meeting production goals and timelines: Ensure the department meets and/or exceeds production goals on time
- Quality control: Follow the standard operating procedures and communicate through proper channels to make recommendations for process changes and efficiencies
- SQF, USDA, FDA, ISO process follow-through and compliance
- Provide white-glove service
Requirements:
- 5 years of production experience
- 2 years of food environment experience
- 2 years of leadership role experience
- Self-motivated and driven with a proactive approach
- Competence using ERP, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual – proficient in Spanish and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $86,787.00 - $92,928.00 per year
