Role – QC analyst

Job Description

Candidate Responsibilities
- Answer phones and maintain a phone log.
- Enter complaint, case, and assessment information into a web-based documentation system.
- Track incoming reports such as Adult Protective Services reports and nursing home discharges/transfers.
- Assist the District Ombudsman Manager (DOM) in preparing and arranging monthly ombudsman district council meetings.
- Input data into the RTC database.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe).
- Investigate and resolve complaints from long-term care facility residents.
- Identify significant individual and systemic problems affecting residents.
- Track inventory of office items, including forms, brochures, promotional items, office supplies, and electronic equipment.
- Conduct on-site facility assessments.
- Prepare, process, and maintain volunteer paperwork, including applications, travel, activity reports, and continuing education training hours.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 1 year of professional office experience.
- Strong data entry and typing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of rules governing Ombudsman investigations and assessments.
- Ability to collect and analyze evidence.
- Understanding of basic investigative techniques, including writing accurate investigative reports.
- Good organizational skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
