- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning initiatives

- Supervise and mentor branch managers to foster leadership development
Experience
- Proven experience in project management, business development, sales, and leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability in profit loss management and process improvement
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to drive results
- Experience supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
