- Production Support Experience: 5 years supporting middleware products like IBM WebSphere Application (V7, V8.5, 9.0), IHS, and IIS.
- Tomcat, Apache, WebLogic: 2 years of experience with Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, and Oracle WebLogic.
- Software Installation & Maintenance: 3 years of experience with installing and maintaining software on Windows and Linux/Unix.
- Jenkins Pipelines: 2 years of experience working with Jenkins pipelines (declarative scripts).
- Operating Systems: 3 years of experience with Windows, Linux (CentOS, RHEL, SLES), and AIX.
- Citrix Load Balancers & Edge Servers: Highly desired knowledge/experience.
- Kubernetes, Docker, Subversion, Maven, Ansible: Highly desired knowledge/experience.
- Web Services & Microservices Technologies: Highly desired knowledge/experience.
- IBM COTS Applications (Maximo, Connect Direct, eClient): Highly desired familiarity.

- CI/CD Solutions: Ability to design automated CI/CD solutions for middleware and IIS environments.
- Certificates & Security: Experience with creating and maintaining certificates using OpenSSL, Keytool, SSL protocols, ciphers, and other security requirements.
- Middleware Patching: Experience with applying patches to middleware environments.
