Job Description: SYSTEMS INTEGRATION - SERVICENOW DEVELOPER/CONSULTANT
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)---100% Onsite
Job Type: Contract
Standard skillset role: systems integration - servicenow developer/consultant
Must have: ServiceNow health and safety module expertise, javascript, rest apis, integration tools like mid server and integration hub, cmdb, csdm.
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules.
- Expertise in health and safety module in servicenow.
- Proficiency in servicenow scripting (javascript, glidescript).
- Experience with servicenow development, including business rules, client scripts, ui policies, ui actions, script includes, and acls.
- Expert knowledge and expertise of integration techniques such as rest, soap, and jdbc.
- Experience with integration tools like mid server and integration hub.
- Ability to design and implement complex integrations with other systems.
- Understanding of cmdb (configuration management database) and csdm (common service data model).
- Experience with itom (it operations management) modules like discovery, event management, service mapping, and orchestration.
- Experience in building custom applications using servicenow s application platform.
- Proficiency in html, css, and angularjs for service portal and ui customization.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, optimization, and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Ability to align servicenow solutions with business goals and it strategy.
- Experience in creating roadmaps, governance frameworks, and best practices.
