Job Description:
We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the construction of high-quality, energy-efficient homes in Madison, WI. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and coordinating with trade partners and internal teams. You will ensure homes are completed on time, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety regulations. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee home construction from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with trade partners and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service through homeowner orientations and post-construction support.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and partners.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in new home construction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required; company truck provided after 1 year.

Pay: $65,813.00 - $85,737.00 per year
