- Provide high quality customer support to agency staff
- Professional communication with vendors and contractors
- Assist Buyer with documenting receipt of goods and services in the statewide accounting system
- Help maintain accurate record keeping for subgrants
- Conduct financial review of subgrant close out information
- Assist Grants Officer with obtaining grant agreement signatures and communicating awards to
subgrantees
