Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Provide administrative support by preparing reports, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with medical or dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and appointment scheduling.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role; experience in a medical or dental office is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
