Job Details
Position: IT Scrum Master/PM
Duration of contract: through EOY potential to extend
Location: Remote primarily, but he will want someone to be okay with traveling to the Buffalo Grove office when needed (local candidates are preferred)
Start Date: 2 weeks after an offer
How many rounds of interviews will this entail and who will be involved? 1 TEAMS call with GM and his lead
His schedule for next week: TBD
Must haves:
- Experience working with a scrum team before, understand traditional waterfall PM. Take meeting minutes/keep track of finances
- PMP and CSM is ideal, but not necessary
- Have the ability to work with multiple product/project teams at once. New product being built (pure scrum).
- D2D: Communicating with stakeholders, okay with documentation, manage project budget (by the hours vs. dollar amount).
- Have a general understanding of understanding hours/project different scenarios based on the client s accounting efforts (ramp ups/looking for dynamic options for how much a project may cost).
- Experience with coaching on the agile & scrum process in terms of sprint planning.
- Able to provide feedback on stories/how many stories they are bringing in so the team can optimize.
- Put together project schedules.
- MS project experience goes hand in hand with traditional waterfall experience.
- Application development project work/cloud components for his project is helpful
- Someone who is a traditional PM who can LEAD efforts vs. waiting for a weekly meeting.
- This person will manage the team and ensure the team is progressing/hold everyone accountable!
- Strong collaboration skills!
