Techifi is seeking to hire an Office Manager to join our team. You will be handling the day-to-day administrative activities required to keep the office running smoothly. Your responsibilities include accounting, scheduling, ordering, inventory management, and the overall management of the office.
An ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, organized and detailed. You will be working closely with management, sales, and installation teams. The candidate must be organized and motivated to work independently and support other team roles. Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing bookkeeping software and job costing
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Estimating and invoicing in QBO
- Receiving/Staging of products
- Support project manager for coordination of project delivery
- Coordinate installation scheduling
- Communication between clients, partners, and internal staff
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks Online including project job costing
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with the construction industry and/or low voltage preferred
- Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
