We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Oklahoma.
This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving
sales growth within the commercial and residential roofing industry.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, architects, property owners, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to clients and job sites to provide product information, technical guidance, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and training sessions as needed.
- Provide timely and accurate sales activity reports and pipeline updates.
- 2 years of outside sales in the commercial roofing field required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout Oklahoma (valid driver s license required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
