We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented full-time paralegal to join our team in a hybrid position, supporting an attorney specializing in Business Immigration Law. The ideal candidate will bring advanced knowledge and expertise in business immigration procedures and legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support to an attorney specializing in Business Immigration Law.
- Prepare, draft, and review petitions, applications, and other legal documents related to business immigration matters.
- Manage case files and ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and filed in accordance with legal requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case status and responding to inquiries.
- Conduct legal research as needed to support case development.
- Assist with the preparation of supporting documentation for complex immigration matters.
- Coordinate with government agencies and other legal professionals to ensure smooth and timely processing of immigration cases.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in business immigration law.
- Advanced knowledge of business immigration procedures, including but not limited to PERM applications, H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, etc.
- Proven experience in preparing and filing petitions and applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work both in-office and remotely

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
