Job Details
Must-Have Experience
- Solutioning and designing the ITOM solution using industry best practices.
- Advising, designing, and configuring integration solutions between ServiceNow and other CMDB tools.
- Experience with CMDB design, architecture, and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow CMDB model and extensions.
- Hands-on development, including creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.
- Integration of ServiceNow ITOM modules with various enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, and application management tools using out-of-the-box plugins and API methods.
- Implementation experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
- Experience with 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow.
- Design and modification of ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and more.
- MID Server management experience.
- Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations.
- Leading the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances.
Good-to-Have Experience
- Experience in application architecture, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies and cloud computing architectural principles for cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation.
- Understanding of Application and Technology Portfolio Management.
- Experience with discovery technologies (ADDM, TADDM, UD, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting technologies such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, WMI, SSH, Python, XPath, and SNMP.
- Experience in custom applications development.
- Working knowledge of Performance Analytics.
- Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
