- Maintaining and upgrading systems by running tests, checking signals, and replacing equipment when needed.
- Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, diagnosing problems, and making necessary repairs.
- Providing customer support by answering questions, explaining services, and ensuring the best possible experience.
- Ensuring quality and safety by following company standards and industry regulations.
- Keeping records of installations, service calls, and repairs to maintain accurate documentation.
- Learning and growing with ongoing training to stay up to date with the latest technology.

- A white minivan, pickup truck, or SUV for transportation.
