Job Title: Contract Administrator (Pricing/Accounting/Finance)
Client: ABBOTT Labs
Location: Alameda, CA (ONSITE)
Contract Duration: 1 year (potential contract extension/temp to perm)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
Salary: $36/hour
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Administer Contracts by accurate and timely processing charge back and rebate requests. Effectively utilize automated contract management systems to generate payments of claims and EDI claims. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with external and internal customers. Preferably 2-3 years contract administration background in the healthcare industry. General understanding of Business Law. BS or BA required.

We want a candidate to have:
• Most critical is to have a stellar personality who can work with Sales personnel and internal admin teams. Will need to be able to build strong working relationships.
• Ability to learn quickly - we have a number of systems are being used and need folks who are smart enough to pick up the skills and handle challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ideally, at least a few years of office experience - working with contracts a big plus * A 4-year degree related to business or finance
• Ideally some experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, and/or Model N
• A resume and/or an interview that helps us understand what they have accomplished in their career
• Nice to have is healthcare exp., contract exp., strong Excel skills, Tableau, and/or Salesforce exp.
Additional Notes: Since the Contract Admin title can be hard to find we don’t care what previous titles have been held, but if candidates have a finance or accounting background that would be great. We don’t want to exclude candidates with 5 years of experience but would want to know the “story” on why they are interested in an entry level position so the story would need to make sense if over 5 years of experience. There is no required minimum years of experience and we will even consider a fresh grad who has proven through school projects or internships that they have the stellar personality and skills that are required. This is an in-person onsite job. We are open to relocation but that would be at the candidates own expense.
INTERVIEW Process: Will be 2-3 rounds on Teams video with 1st meetings with Michael and Andrew (C&P Director). If needed, third interview may be an in-person or Teams meeting.
