If you are a MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING professional looking for an opportunity to grow, client has an exciting opportunity for you! This role is an exciting opportunity to support the Professional Tools business. Based in our ELYRIA, OH location, you will be responsible for developing manufacturing processes and methods to machine, fabricate, and assemble components and finished products. In addition, you will develop and implement solutions to manufacturing-related problems and analyze and improve current processes to reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality and value to customers.
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO :
- Use CAD / CAM systems to develop fixtures, tooling, and CNC machining programs.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods to achieve cost reduction and improve competitive advantages.
- Research new manufacturing methods and recommend capital improvement projects.
CNC experience is a must
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
CAD / CAM systems
1st shift – flexible working hours (630-3, 730-430, 830-530) – 40 hrs / week
